ENTER SINGAPORE PROCEDURE BY USING HASTA CAR

Hello to all visitor from our main website. We are providing extra benefit for our customers who want to  enter Singapore. Before we proceed, let us brief you on the procedure to enter Singapore by using our service.

First of all, it is compulsory for all types of vehicle to register an AUTOPASS which called as vehicle passport before entering Singapore beside bring your original passport. For Singapore citizen, they CANNOT drive Malaysian cars into Singapore. Let's begin the procedure. For Malaysian driver make sure to bring
1) passport
2) touchNgo
3) white card (fill in form for details before entering Singapore).

You can enter by using either CIQ SECOND LINK / TUAS checkpoint or CIQ JB / WOODLAND checkpoint. Make sure you follow the correct lane.

CREDIT

Before entering Malaysia Custom make sure to bring your passport and touch the TNGo card (make sure your card have enough balance minimum RM50). Normally the charge is around RM15 for both Malaysia toll charges.

After you have pass Malaysia customs, be ready and follow all the rules from LTA Singapore. Make sure you prepare your passport,white card and autopass. After the immigration staff stamps your passport,MAKE SURE TO INSERT THE AUTOPASS (NO SWIPE OR TOUCH) - the barrier also will lift up even if you do not insert autopass not like Malaysia toll barrier.

If the car doesnt have the autopass you need to park at the office custims after stamps passport to make the autopass. No need bring roadtax insurans but make sure the insurans is valid and just said that the car is your car and insurans is etiqa takaful insurans. the imegression staff will check the car roadtac in you need to fill in the form.

Please be remind, when enter there is no charge on the autopass card,all charges will be once you return back to customs. To buy the autopass make sure you prepare min of SGD10 cash.plus when you return make sure the card is enough if not there will be penalty of SGD30. To topup the autopass you need to find any 7-eleven "kiosk" (dont find 7-eleven at the petrol pump bcoz they dont accept the autopass topup there).Here are all the charges for Singapore:

1. Vehicle Entry Pass, VEP = SGD 35.00 weekday/weekend free
2. Reciprocal Road Chrage, RRC = SGD 6.40
3. Electronic Road Pricing, ERP = SGD 5 daily

For Hasta Car Rental customers,its cumpulsary to DEPOSIT RM500 before entering Singapore because we got many problems customer not paid and not insert the autopass when returning back to Singaire customs. we will return back rm500 if the customers BRING THE RECEIPT.The reason RM500 is because we will go back enter Singapore to insert the autopass and pay the penalty.(The penalty is SGD20/day)

Here are the procedure to get the receipt:

1. Make sure after you stamp passport at Singapore imegression toll (insert autopass) then park car at the side way parking.
2. Find the office nearest asking for receipt autopass
3. Make sure the balance card same and deduct the cost of any charges
4. Bring and give our staff in charge the receipt

Finally for your noted, if nuy the new autopass the card charge is SGD 6.00, so your card balance is SGD 4 below the example:
